Victor is concerned with accumulation and repetition, Western collecting practices, post-colonialism, images and ways in which they are captured and circulated, prosthetics, masks, and horror/science-fiction.

Victor was born in San Diego, attended UC San Diego, and is currently an MFA student in Painting and Drawing at UCLA.
